When two dragons of a different breed decide to mate, they can have viable offspring. However, contrary to the way nature usually handles this, something weird happens here. Instead of the offspring resembling both parents, they resemble one with traits of the other. Let's have an example, shall we?
Say a Black Dragon and a Bronze Dragon decide to mate. The Black Dragon has an acid breath weapon, and the Bronze Dragon has an electric breath weapon. Their offspring will appear as one of two things. A: the wyrmling will look like the Black Dragon and have an electric breath weapon. Or B: the wyrmling will look like the Bronze Dragon and have an acid breath weapon.
Understand? Good. If there are wyrmlings that resemble both parents, have both breath weapons, mix of the breath weapons, etc. they will be... removed. Along with swift retribution to the owners of the parents. This is how nature works here, so get used to it.
